Wood Transportation Belts
Companies have designed several models of belts to transport different types of wood (logs, boards and wood chips).
These conveyors are resistant to vegetable oils and resins.
Some companies have used EP (Polyester-Nylon) fabrics with different number of layers (depending on the required tensile strength) in the design of these tapes.
These strips are produced with special oil-resistant rubber, with a special bottom layer of low-friction fabric or a layer of gray rubber with a thickness of 1 mm and low friction.
This special compound is designed to help the belt slide on the underlying table and protect the underlying cotton layer from wear and tear.
These strips can be produced up to a width of 2000 mm in the form of an open edge and with low friction, and according to the request of the buyer, they can be produced with an undercoating layer in the form of an open edge or a closed edge.
To transport wood chips in inclined lines, we use oil-resistant multi-ribbed belt (G grade).
We recommend this conveyor belt with a width of 1800 mm with a gray or black rubber coating with low friction or no bottom layer (the cotton layer is visible).
